Registering for Cloud Services

In order to use Cloud Services, you need to register a subdomain for your organization. This is done through VAST Data Support.

Open a support request and ask us to register your organization for Cloud Services.

In your request, you may specify:
- Your preference of unique string to use as your Cloud Services subdomain. Your Cloud Services URL will be formed as <subdomain>.cloud.vastdata.com.
- The email address of the user who should own the initial super user account.
The Support agent will register a Cloud Services subdomain for you and create a Cloud Services super user.
The email address registered as the super user's email will receive a password reset email. Follow the link provided in the email to set the super user's password.
You can now browse to your Cloud Services portal at <subdomain>.cloud.vastdata.com and log in using the super user credentials.
