VAST Cluster enables you to store data as objects using Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3) as a protocol. VAST Cluster enables you to perform data storage, retrieval, deletion and other operations using a range of S3 service API operations. You can call the S3 service operations through command line tools such as S3cmd and programmatically through the Boto3 SDK for python.
