You can abort a restore as long as you haven't committed the restore yet. This is called stopping the restore.
After the restore is committed, there is no way to revert the restore.

From the left navigation menu, select Data Protection and then Global Snapshot Clones.

Identify the global snapshot clone created for the path restore, named
<protected path name>-<restore>
.Clickto open the Actions menu for the global snapshot clone and select Stop.

In the confirmation box, click Stop again.
The restore is stopped.
To stop a restore using the VAST CLI, use the globalsnapshotclone stop command.
