VMS enables you to remotely control identification LEDs on CNodes, DNodes and DBox drive slots. This is useful for matching up the physical components to their VMS IDs. The remote LED control feature is available in the VMS GUI. It enables you to turn on a LED and turn it off again. It also reflects the current LED status with a graphic representation of the LED that mimics the LED's state.
